STACK-N-GO
Timber stacking trolleys

Timber stacking trolleys
Build timber packs at a more comfortable height, then wheel the trolley between work areas. Designed for timber mills and production teams.

Shown: raised table with a single layer of timber
Starts high. Lowers as timber is added.
Move the trolley between work areas.
Add an electric tug for movement.
Stack comfortably. Build the pack. Keep it moving.

The lightly loaded table sits in its upper position, reducing the need to bend down to stack the first layers.

As timber is added, the springs compress and the table lowers. Two timber bearers support the pack and provide space for strapping.

Wheel the trolley to the next work area, with optional electric tug assistance for powered movement.

The VLA-ET1500 electric tug provides powered assistance for moving wheeled loads. Pairing the tug with a STACK-N-GO trolley can reduce manual pushing and pulling during production movements.
24 V battery system using two 12 V / 45 Ah lead-acid batteries, with an external 24 V / 8 A charger. Towing attachment selected to suit the trolley.
